Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders have a three-day processing period, excluding weekends. After processing, shipping takes 10 to 15 business days. For instance, if you place your order on a Friday, processing will begin the following Monday and complete by Wednesday. The shipping time frame (10-15 business days) starts after the processing period.

Q: Do Express orders go through the three-day processing period?
A: Yes, all orders, including Express orders, must undergo the three-day processing period.

Q: Can I change my order after it has been placed and several days have passed?
A: No, once your order is in progress, you cannot change it. You have the option to either keep your order as is or cancel it entirely.

Q: What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
A: Please contact us immediately upon realizing the error, and we will correct the address for you.

Q: Can I place an order for an Android device?
A: Yes, you can order for an Android device. If your device is not listed in the dropdown menu, select “NOT LISTED” then type in the name of your Android device. Ensure you provide the specific model to receive the correct product.

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped? 
A: You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped.

Q: Do I need to contact you to track my order?
A: No, you do not need to contact us to track your order. You can track your order via the tracking option available in the navigation tab on our website.

Q: Can I request special customizations for my case?
A: No, we do not accept customization requests for cases. Please refrain from leaving special requests as they will not be fulfilled.

Q: Are the cases durable?
A: Yes, our cases are shockproof and highly durable.

Q: Does Y2CASED sell iPad & AirPod cases?
A: No, we currently do not!

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned for any reason. By placing an order, you agree to this term.

Q: Do you know the exact date my order will be shipped?
A: We cannot provide an exact shipping date. Please follow the specified processing & delivery times, thank you!
