All sales are final due to products being custom-made. This means that once an order has shipped or been prepared, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Yes, you may cancel your order for a refund before your order processes. However, there is a cancellation fee. A $3 service fee will be deducted from your refund.
